Since twenty-first Century, higher education has become an important source of human creative thinking.Higher education has a close relationship with a country’s economic level and social development. Higher education is a complicated system.It has many disciplines, multiple levels and forms. According to the development trend of regional economic characteristics and the difference of regional economy,reasonable arrangements for the overall layout of higher education and targeted differentiation development plans should be taken.Liaoning Province as the core strategy to Revitalize Northeast China should do a deep resreach on social economy development and demand. Liaoning Province should consolidate the advantages,improve the shortage, and vigorously implement the strategy of rejuvenating the province through science and education.This article researches on the variation development of higher education based on the divergence of regional economy in Liaoning Province.Firstly,it divises regional economy in Liaoning.It takes 14 cities of Liaoning province as the research subjects.Explore their differences. Classify them by geographic location, economic difference and industry related degree.Secondly,it analyzes the present situation of higher education resources allocation in each economic region. Based on results of the pre study on economic differences, it analyzes the present situation of higher education resources allocation in each economic region.Thirdly,it studies the coordination between higher education and regional economy in each economic region.Finally,it summarizes and promotes the previous research results and put forward some suggestions and countermeasures.
