The Study On Practical Ability Training Of Ideological And Political Education’s Master Graduate

Ideological and political education major is a discipline of theory and practice.In the master graduate’s cultivation, they not only should be strengthened theoretical education, but need to enhance practical education.Therefore, in-depth studying the practical ability training of ideological and political education are both the inherent requirements of its discipline and the urgent needs of its real reform.This paper firstly analyzes educational realities of ideological and political education’s master graduate,discussing its background, significance, methods and research innovations, etc. Secondly, the paper analyzes the component of their practical ability, defining the ability, practice ability and also put forward the concept of practical ability training about ideological and political’s graduate and its three properties.Thirdly, It discusses the significance of practical ability training about ideological and political’s graduate, which are not only the necessary requirement of graduates’ educational goals, but also the inherent needs of quality and the urgent need of education. This paper has surveyed shanxi universities’ practical ability training programs, practical aspects and evaluation mechanisms of ideological and political education’s master graduate through questionnaires, individual interviews and field research and other forms. The problems mainly display that the practical ability training objectives are not clear, its programs are not perfect ang its aspects are neglected;The main reasons root in social, university and graduates. Finally, the paper proposes the concept of practical ability training and practical mechanism, which are notable by strengthening education concept, constructing practical and training mechanisms and evaluation mechanisms to strengthen and improve their practical ability training.
