The purpose of this study is to present "learning communities" into the physical education curriculum in the teaching process, and build a set helps to improve the teaching effects of aerobics teaching methods-- "learning community" approach. In theory, enrich teaching methods of physical education curriculum, provide the theoretical basis for PE teachers ’ teaching reform and, through this experiment to improve the aerobics teaching effect, give full play to the educational function of philosophy to enable students to obtain the optimal effects.Research on experimental teaching method was used by Jiangxi science and technology Normal University public PE elective course of aerobics and 70 girls were divided into two groups as the experimental group and the control group on average, the experimental group used "learning community" model experiment, experiment on the level of students ’ physical fitness, motor skills, motivation, relationships, teamwork and learning satisfaction of teaching effectiveness testing.The experiment shows:1. The experimental group and the control group in calisthenics skill evaluation scores showed significant differences(P<0.05). in terms of performances, team scores were significantly different(P<0.05). experimental and control groups in terms of scoring the action completes with no difference(P>0.05).2. Physical learning all aspects of the experimental group averages are slightly higher than the control group, of which only 800 meter test results showed significant differences(P<0.05), with the remaining four indicators were not significant(P>0.05).3.Laboratory experiments student’s love of aerobics, aerobics power, class participation, liking the four indicators are higher than the average of the experimental group before the experiment, the indicators showed a significant difference(P<0.05). This indicator for their understanding in gymnastics(P>0.05) does not present significant differences.4.After experiment, experiment group and control group students ’ sense of teamwork show significant difference(P<0.05). in the relationships of various indicators, troubled relationship in communication degree of interpersonal problems, these four index of opposite sex bothered the difference was not significant(P>0.05). But talking nuisance this index shows significant differences(P<0.05).5.Experiment group in each indicators satisfaction degrees aspects of average are above control group, which fitness learning effect satisfaction degrees not exists significantly differences(P>0.05), in learning general satisfaction degrees, and teaching method satisfaction degrees, skills learning effect, motivation training effect, interest training effect, attitude training effect, team consciousness training effect, and relationships training effect eight items indicators satisfaction degrees are differences significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the teaching of aerobics "learning community" teaching mode enhanced the students ability to work effectively, teamwork, improved interpersonal relationships, satisfaction with courses, so as to enhance students ’ motivation to learn and achieve the effect of aerobics in motor learning.Compared with traditional teaching methods, the "learning community" in the students ’ability to work, teamwork, interpersonal skills, sport skills learning outcomes reflects the superiority, but does not reflect significant differences in fitness.
