| Since stepping into the new period, with the reforming and opening-up in various aspects around China, the transition and evolution of educational aims have attracted researchers extensive attention. Based on clarifying the concept of educational goal,the writer seeks to make a comprehensive analysis on the evolution of Confucians educational purposes since the ancient times, explores the educational goals of Chinese in each period, and discusses the internal rules of development, and finally makes a attribution, conclusion and reflection, then gets the beneficial enlightenment.This essay mainly divided into eight parts. In the first chapter,the author briefly describes the origin of this study, the practical significance, theoretical basis and then clarifies the key concepts. In the second part, pre-Qin Confucianism aims especially Confucius’ educational goals were introduced. What’s more, we will be more concentrated on the features of Confucianism’s educational opinions by comparing with educational civilization at the same stage, as well as other propositions of other schools. And in the next five parts, the author had discussed how could Confucianism educational aims make a direction to government’s educational exercise, how could the imperial examination system, the foreign ideas, the practical trend, and the new culture movement influenced Confucianism’s educational goals respectively.At last, the epilogue part, by summarizing the changes of Confucianism’s aims,then made a conclusion which can enlighten current education. Since the Republic of China, the educational aims were in the dilemma of unable to completely Westernized and unable to deny the original tradition. To scan Confucianism’s purposes again, the original intention is to find out the solution from traditional culture.All in all, This essay tries to organize and conclude Chinese educational purposes to discover the excellent “genes” which era left, and provides some favorable references for the educators today. |
