Research On Physical Education And Health About Dalian New Primary School

School physical education is an important part of education, comprehensive development of the body, strengthen students’ physique, teach sports knowledge, skills, and improve the level of sport technology, cultivate moral and will quality have a purpose, planned and organized education process. Quality education is to fully implement the party’s education policy, in order to improve the national quality as the fundamental purpose, to cultivate students’ innovation spirit and practice ability as the key point. The healthy development of school physical education for elementary school students all aspects of body and mind has an irreplaceable decisive role school sports to promote the students cognitive development, emotional control ability, alleviate the pressure of the students’ psychological, exercise will, enhance the enterprise has significant influence, etc. At the same time can cultivate the students’ healthy personality, improving students’ ability to adapt to society. In this paper, through studying for elementary school health impact of scientific research literature, combined with the cove in Dalian district 5 primary school grade 5 to 6, a total of 1974 pupils physical survey and practical situation of the five primary school physical education class is studied. The result shows that:1)Most of the schools are able to perform in accordance with the requirements to carry out the “sports and health”course. From the point of extracurricular physical exercise, five schools in most of the students like the game or the ball exercise; From the point of teachers, more than half of teachers in work has never participated in any learning and training; From the location equipment configuration, most schools sports equipment cannot meet the requirements of sports teaching and extracurricular sports activities; From the point of teaching mode, only a few teachers to respect students’ individual differences, alienation can reflect on a business trip on the teaching design principle; From the point of sports teaching, most schools have the final result, improvement and learning process to the combination of student’s sports performance comprehensive evaluation.2)Main problems existing in the research of the five primary school are: the value of health education, physical education teachers own quality and modern sports teaching request does not match, the initiative of students in physical education is not strong, sports and sports teaching hardware facilities is insufficient, the myth of parent education ideas.3)Aimed at the problems existing in the bay area elementary school, the main guidelines are: change do not take the sports teaching concept, strengthening the construction of teaching staff, school sports teaching attaches great importance to the students initiative, strengthen infrastructure construction, strengthen the school sports students will quality and objective consciousness education.
