The development of knowledge economy in China has become the main engine of economic development. Basic education is an important factor of the development level of a country. Human resource is the main resource of basic education, and it is the key element to the sustainable development of the competitiveness and the teaching quality. So in order to do a good job in the management of school, it is fundamental to improve the level of school human resources management. SJ School is an integration school of basic education. Therefore, there’s a special significance to study the human resource management on SJ School.This paper has carried on a detailed research and analysis on the human resource management in Sj school. Through the analysis of the present situation, this paper puts forward the problems, analyzes the causes, and finally gives some suggestion to solve the problems.This research studied the human resource management form the angle of the development of human resources. It started with the background, significance and the relevant theories and research methods of human resource management, did a lot of work on data collection and data analysis. It found out the advantages of human resource management in SJ school, and analyzed these issues in detail, summarized the cause of all sorts of problems, and put forward the solutions to the problems existing.Through the analysis and study of human resources management in SJ school, we found main problems as following:unreasonable configuration of human resource; the lack of development; unreasonable judgment of performance evaluation; the lack attention to teachers’ training program; unreasonable salary distribution, etc. Finally, we put forward some suggestions on human resources management in SJ School on human resource planning, allocation, recruitment, evaluation, compensation, etc.This article studied the human resources management in SJ School, summarized some existing problems of the integration school of China’s basic education, emphasized on introducing the practice of human resource management into the integration school of basic education, it has a significant meaning for further study.
