At home and abroad, Flipped Classroom sets off a wave inteaching mode,and accelerates the speed of educationinformatization. So it has been widely used in high schools andcolleges by many researchers. Modern education technology,as oneof the common courses in normal universities, is important forbringing up students’ ability of using computer effectively in theclassroom in future work, and ability of Instructional Design inmultimedia environment,and the basic Information Literacy in theinformation age. Because its contents are diverse, its academichours are litter, and its teaching idea is outdated,it can’t stimulatestudents’ learning enthusiasm and creativity, and the students’comprehensive skill has been neglected. In the flipped classroom,the students learn the micro video, teaching case and expandknowledge before class, acquire knowledge by finish the taskthrough group collaboration and teaching case in class,and achievethe goal of meaningful learning by reflecting and evaluating after class.Flipped Classroom reverses the traditional teaching mode,makes the most of learning resources,and reposed the roles of theteachers and the students. So the students can realize thepersonalized learning and collaborative learning. Therefore,FlippedClassroom provides a new way for the reform of "modern educationtechnology" teaching.Firstly,the study analyzes the research content,and understandsthe status quo of Flipped Classroom at home and abroad and thestatus quo of Modern education technology in normal colleges anduniversities. Secondly, it analyses of the necessity of FlippedClassroom by interview the teachers and the students. Thirdly,according to the existing teaching process,thinking of normalcolleges students’ feature,it finishes the teaching design of Moderneducation technology,and points out that the problem of each link.Finally,the teaching design was applied on two material classes. Thedate was gotten through classroom observation,questionnairemethod, and the comparison of final result,and the date wasanalyzed by SPSS. According to the results,the study sums up thefeedback of the model and design and puts forward the prospects.The results show that the students like Flipped Classroom. It is goodfor raising the students’ self-study ability,practice ability,and theability of analyzing and solving problems. It cuts down the number of students’ questioning and in the process of class has reduced inclassroom and improve the questions’ quality.The innovation of the study is building the local Flippedclassroom model, makes each link process detailed, parts theactivity of "teaching" and "learning" clearly, and uses the task list,knowledge map, and blog to the model. It realizes the stratifiedteaching and implements the equality of education. However,thestudy exists some shortage,such as the research was done only intwo classes,and under the influence of "teachers" the students wereintervened too much. It needs to practice widely for more accurateanalysis.
