Abstract:Under the background of education reform, high school teachers’ quality of ascension requires implementation by means of teachers’ independent development. So, schools should be create effective learning, research and cooperation environment for teachers’autonomous development.Through questionnaire, interview and observation, the paper analyzes the current situation of high school environment, find the main problems existing in the school environment construction:lack of attention to teacher’s spirit world, lack of targeted activities for teachers’development, lack of mechanism to promote teachers’ cooperation. Investigate its reason, mainly depends on the school leadership’s management idea obsolete, lack of understanding of teachers’ independent development, do too much to teacher’s learning organization. In view of the problems put forward three countermeasures:first, the high schools should construct harmonious humanistic environment, to create a liberal democratic school environment for teachers’ independent development; second, schools should build open, diverse environment in the center of teachers’development, in which teachers can choose own developing way independently; finally, schools should be set up cooperation platform in the center of practice for the coordinated development of the teachers, perfect the construction of the school environment, promote teachers’ self-development.
