The rapid development of the computer science, especially the application ofmultimedia and network technology has greatly changed not only the law of socialfunction and evolution, also the social member's lifestyle and education-manner. Thenew challenge of the 21st century requires that education adopt modern technologyand introduce new mode, methods and ideas in teaching. Based on the moderneducational technology and constructivism, the following passage will present asubjective teaching method: Independence, Cooperation and Creativity. This methodcombines independent exploration, circumstantially cooperative study and researchactivities to foster more efficiently the creative consciousness, thinking andinnovation of students.With the progress of the theory in educational technology, people realize that theepistemology of the pure subjectivism should be discarded whereas the unification ofsubjectivism and objectivism should be urged. The teaching process demands theunity of the leading part of teachers and students' subjective status. That is to say,teachers take control of the progress and the aim of the course and ensure that thestudents gain the fundamental knowledge and basic skills. Also, depending on theinformation resources of the theme designed by the teachers and the well-organizedindependent cooperative and research circumstance, the students will study moreactively. This will maintain the students' subjective status, stimulate their motivationin study and cultivate their creativity.The first chapter of this thesis refers to the theoretical support in the concept ofthe education mode, its function, constitutive factor, principle and main development.The second chapter explains the establishment of the Independence,Cooperation and Creativity, its main comprehensive target, structural graph and therelationship among the four main factors. It also includes the education mode inself-study, cooperation and investigation.Based on the constructivism and the principle of cognition, the trilogy ofIndependence, Cooperation and Creativity is a new education mode with thepurpose of developing the students' ability and creativity in study and practice. Italso emphasizes the ability-oriented education in the form of the combination of theparticipation of the entire students and the individual o group study.The third chapter is the principal part of this thesis, referring to the applicationand practice of this mode, which divided into four phases: the phase of the preparation,of the guidance and supervision, of the instruction of the main point, and of thecomment of the organization.The research of practice shows that this new education mode is a link betweenteaching and learning, a all-round activity between teachers and network, students andnetwork, teachers and students, students themselves. It utilizes multimedia teachingnetwork with the theme of Question-Cooperative study-Solution.Action research consists in the search of the topic and the investigation in thepractice, the participation of practicers and the researchers, and the comprehension themastery and the application of the results as to solve the practical problem and alterthe social behaviors.According to the course named Elements Of Computer Knowledge, this articlechooses 71 students with a certain ability in individual study, cooperation andcreativity from 031,031 of Institute of Technicians of Shandong as research object.The research proves that: different from the traditional study manner, thenetwork-based Independence, Cooperation and Creativity study manner does notstick to the teacher's instruction and textbooks, but makes use of the network anddigital resources to expand the way of communication and discussion betweenteachers and students, to inspire their interests, enthusiasm motivation and efficiencyin study.
