| Safety is the key of the school work.To ensure the safety ofstudents, improve student lifelong security capabilities, is the corecontent of the school safety education and safety management. Asthe first person of school safety education and safety management,The principal’s safety level of literacy has a direct impact to promotethe school security work.This research mainly used the literature method, text analysisand measurement method,on the basis of in-depth analyzing that theconnotation and constituent elements of safety literacy,mainly hascarried out the following work:(1)Building the principal safety literacyevaluation index system;(2)Developed the principal safety cultureassessment tools;(3)Using the assessment tool to the principalsafety quality make a comprehensive evaluation, and carries on thecomparison to the principal safety literacy internal differencecondition analysis.This study thinks that the principal safety culture is mainlycomposed of three factors,which is the safety consciousness, thesafety knowledge and the safety capability. Among them the safetyconsciousness include four indicators, that is the safety protectionconsciousness, the consciousness of safety education and the safetyresponsibility; The safety knowledge include three indicators, that is safety law knowledge,public safety knowledge and safetymanagement knowledge; Safety capabilities include three indicators,that is Safety organization ability, Elimination ability and the ability ofhandling crisis. On the basis of assessment indicators,the principalsafety literacy assessment tools be composed of the safetyconsciousness assessment scale,the safety knowledge test and thesafety assessment scale.377effective samples of assessment results show that the safetyconsciousness level of the secondary school principals has reached agood state, but their safety knowledge and ability level reached onlyto pass the exam,their safety literacy overall level is low. Differencecomparison shows:junior high school principals in the safetyknowledge dimension an indicator of public safety knowledge, in thesecurity capability dimensions and its security organization abilityand the ability of handling crisis there was some difference regions onthe two indicators;Different gender in junior high school principalsafety culture and its three dimensions each index level there is nosignificant difference;Different age paragraph on the junior highschool principals in safety knowledge dimension and its safetymanagement knowledge index there exist certain differences;In thesafety capability dimensions, an indicator on the ability of handlingcrisis also exist certain differences.Different education levels theprincipal safety culture and its three dimensions are not significantdifference on the indicators;Between urban and rural junior highschool principals in the dimension of safety knowledge, an indicatorin the security law knowledge exist a certain differences. |
