In the21st century when China’s rapid development of agricultural science and technology need this opportunity, China’s agricultural science and technology achievements transformation system has not adapt to the request of the development of agricultural scientific and technological achievements in this period, our current system of agricultural science and technology transformation is previously established under the condition of planned economy dominated by state department, it has some shortcomings exist in the process, such as personnel divorced from production, imperfect transformation into capital chain, the old transformation system has already not adapt to the present stage our country agriculture science and technology development of agricultural science and technology achievements transformation system requirements, and the local agricultural universities and colleges is one of the indispensable force in China’s education system, it is also one of the main driving force of the development of agricultural science and technology, it has some characteristics, such as rich education teaching resources, concentrated power of talented person, large number of scientific and technological achievements, and so on. All of these provides good natural conditions for local agricultural colleges in China playing an indispensable role in transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and the local agricultural colleges play a proper role in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements will be very good to perfect our current system of the transformation of agricultural science and technology.Article uses the literature reference and case analysis and other research methods, the first chapter introduces our country’s agricultural science and technology achievements transformation system, agricultural colleges, the status and foreign agricultural transformation of scientific and technological achievements and the correlation analysis to the study of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. The second chapter defines theory related to thesis research. The third chapter analyzes some practice in agricultural science and technology achievements transformation, as Hunan agricultural university an example, and summarizes what it has played a role in agricultural transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
