The Present Condition Of Tianjin Colleges And Universities And Theoretical Analysis About Transformation Of Science And Technology Achievement

With the coming of the Knowledge Economy Age, the Central Committee emphasize that putting the economic development onto the track of endogenous growth driven by innovation should be traded as the basic task, and promoting the scientific and technological achievements into real productive forces should be chosen as the main attack direction, the essential requirements is extending the benefits of the development of S&T to all, and enhancing the long-term development of S&T should be traded as a strategic focus. Colleges and universities play a vanguard role in social education and knowledge production, and it is more and more important in the National Innovation System nowadays. This thesis aims at the transformation of TianJin Universities and colleges S&T achievements, and carries thorough research based on knowledge management,absorptive capacity and diffusion of innovation theories, announce the essential problem. This thesis analyzes the process of TSTA(Transformation of Science and Technology Achievement), explains the details of the process. And then the attention is focused on the TSTA of TianJin colleges and universities. Through data statistic and analysis, the thesis reveals the situation about Tianjin colleges and universities' TSTA, find out some problems at the same time.
