During the English Enlightenment of children, English letters are some abstract symbols for them. English learning should correspond with children’s interests. How to make the children learn English happily? Combined with the characteristics and the development of children language learning rules, according to the existing theoretical basis and research achievements, the author will do an empirical study on English Enlightenment method of 3-4 years old children. According to the study in the process of comparison, the author provides the analysis and discussion of TPR(Total Physical Response), Audio-visual method and Phonics teaching method. This study can not only enrich the theory of English teaching, but also can provide valuable reference for the children’s English teaching practice。Combined with the development characteristics of children and the language learning rules, according to the critical period hypothesis, children’s brain science and children’s second language acquisition theory, the author will do an empirical study on English Enlightenment education for 3-4 years-old children, according to the study in the process of comparison, analysis and discussion of applicability and effect in 3-4 year-old children English enlightenment teaching in TPR method, Audio-visual Method and Phonics Teaching Method.
