With the development of the society, people pay more and more attention to our environment, the ecological environment of Zhouqu county have take n great changes in recent years. It occurred large debris flow in 2010, the natural disasters made a warning of environmental protection for local people. Under the conditions the author raised the idea about environmental education in biological teaching.First of all in order to solve this problem, the author read carefully to know the development of environmental education at home and abroad, researched the feasibility of infiltrating environmental education in biological teaching. By consulting massive literature, the author analyzed the present situation of the research on environmental education in the biology teaching. Then, the author analyzed the requirement for the environmental education in "high school biology curriculum standard(Experiment)", analyzed the content characteristics of environmental education of biological compulsory 3 in three different dimensions, there are environmental knowledge, environmental awareness, emotional attitude and values and environmental behavior. And then the author designed the specific teaching plans about biological compulsory 3 combined with the local environmental resources in Zhouqu County, and then carried out in 3 liberal arts class in the XX middle school of Zhouqu as the research object, and try to penetrate the environmental education in the 3 classes. Finally, compared with the other 3 liberal arts classes at the same level as the control, the author designed the test paper for the environment knowledge,designed a questionnaire for the environmental awareness and the interview outline for the environmental attitude and environmental behavior and environmental values, in order to test the impact of penetrating environmental education in biology teaching to students’ environmental knowledge, environmental awareness,emotional attitude and environmental values and the environmental behaviors.In this study the literature method, case method, questionnaire method, interview method and observation method were mainly used. The main purpose of this study is first to find the content which can penetrate the environmental education in biological compulsory 3, and to make detailed analyses of environmental education content in 3 dimensions; the second is to find the environmental education resources of Zhouqu local place; the third is to design the detailed teaching plans by integrating the local environmental resources to the biological compulsory 3 according to the biological characteristics. The significance of the study are as follows: the first is to find the environmental education resources which can penetrate environmental education in the local place and the biological compulsory 3; the second is to let the teachers and students pay more attention to environmental education; the third is to provide the reference cases for teachers of Infiltrating environmental education in the teaching of biological compulsory 3.Summary: firstly there has a lot of education materials in the biological compulsory 3 to infiltrate the environmental education, and these materials can be combined with local resources for the design of the teaching cases which is easy to accept by the school students; secondly the infiltration of environmental education in biology teaching can improve the students’ knowledge of the environment, enhance the students’ awareness of environmental protection, promote students to form positive environmental attitude and correct emotional attitude and values, and can improve the students’ enthusiasm for the protection of the environment; thirdly the infiltration of environmental education in biology teaching can made the teachers and students pay more attention to the environmental education; fourthly the infiltration of environmental education in biology teaching can promote the realization of the curriculum reform.
