The web-based advance study for teacher is concerned by educators,is accepted by teachers and developed into a new way of teacher professional development with unique superiority that diversity of participants,openness of training environment,flexibility of training activities,richness of Training resources.While, the way is far from perfect,and it has a lot of issues.For example:the resources lack personality,theme lack pertinency,activities lack depth of communication,participants’ identity is too single and participants’ relationship is too loose.The microlecture is a kind of record based on video of the wonderful teaching fragments in the process of classroom teaching.Its mainly content is specific knowledge point in a subject,its mainly goal is solving key points and difficult points in teaching for teachers.Microlecture can make up the shortcomings that tacit knowledge is difficult to appear using other resources except microlecture owing to its feature that clear theme and actual teaching situation.Microlecture can make up the shortcomings that teachers are difficult to concentrate on the watch and study due to traditional classroom memoir for too long owing to its feature that teaching content is concise and typical teaching plot. Microlecture can advantageous to transmit on the network platform owing to its feature that open structure and move more easier.In consideration of microlecture’s features,I put microlecture as a kind of new training resources,and apply microlecture to web-based advance study to complete the model construction of web-based advance study for teacher based on resource of microlecture.The model aim to guide effectively web-based advance study for teacher to promote teacher professional development.This article is divided into six parts:Section 1: The paper has cleared the topic background, research status and significance and the research present situation and has determined the research ideas and research methods.Section 2: Review of relevant research status.Mainly through the relevant literature,analysis of current situation of many experts and scholars on the microlecture.Focuses on application status through a large network of teacher training microlecture community resources to analyze the proportion of teachers in the process of microlecture-network training practice lesson.And through the research literature on the existing network ofteachers in training mode to sort out, to understand the current situation of teachers training mode network.Section 3: Combing the relevant theoretical basis.Mainly through the situational cognitive theory, adult learning theory, learning theory based on community theory, power theory group, SECI model, such as an overview,and implications of these theories and elaborated on in this study to provide a scientific basis for the construction of teachers’ training model is based on micro-class network resources.Section 4: The model construction of web-based advance study for teacher based on resource of microlecture.Primarily by combing the literature to determine the basic elements of teacher training network,and by analyzing a large number of teachers and the community network training on the basic elements of the resulting validated.And base on these basic elements,build the model of web-based advance study for teacher based on resource of microlecture useing SIM.And explains the meaning of the patterns and characteristics.Section 5: On the mode of training activities designed.Focus on Designing specific activities that Personal reflection, peer support and expert guide in the model of web-based advance study for Teacher based on resource of microlecture.Section 6: Summary and Outlook. Focus on summarizing the conclusions of this study,and describeing the focus of future research.
