| For 6 weeks of growing rats of different exercise intensity treadmill training, through the observation to compare different exercise intensity between groups of rat gastrocnemius aerobic CS(citrate synthase), ICD key enzymes(isocitrate dehydrogenase) and alpha KGDHC(alpha glutaric acid dehydrogenase), the key enzyme of anaerobic metabolism PFK fructokinase(phosphoric acid) activity of difference, between different exercise intensity group rat gastrocnemius isocitrate dehydrogenase gene expression differences of different exercise intensity between groups of rat gastrocnemius aerobic influencing factors: key enzymes ATP/ADP,NADH/NAD + content ratio difference, discusses different intensity treadmill training to improve the body energy metabolism and the mechanism of action of sports ability, it is concluded that the best intensity aerobic exercise training, to better guide the athletes in sports training,enhance athletic ability to provide the scientific basis.Methods:Select 2 months of age 50 male wistar rats(purchased from gansu college of traditional Chinese medicine), the average weight of 139.99 g- 6.83 g, randomly divided into 5 groups, each group of 10: only the quiet breeding group and 55% VO2 max exercise group, 75% VO2 max exercise group,85% VO2 max sports group, 92% VO2 max movement. Six weeks after treadmill training, executed take calves determination of related indicators. All the data use SPSS17.0 statistical software for statistical processing.Results:(1) before the experiment groups rats weight difference is no statistical significance(P > 0.05). Rats weight 55% VO2 max movement after the experiment group was significantly lower than control group(P < 0.05),75% VO2 max sports group, 85% VO2 max movement group and 92% VO2 max group is significantly lower than that of control group(P < 0.01), 92% VO2 maxexercise group was significantly lower than 75% VO2 max exercise group and85% VO2 max exercise group(P < 0.05).(2) 75% VO2 max exercise group, 85% VO2 max exercise group and 92% VO2 max movement with keeping quiet group were extremely significant differences(P < 0.01); 75% VO2 max exercise group, 85% VO2 max compared group and 92%VO2max movement had extremely significant difference(P < 0.01); 55%VO2max movement group compared with 92% VO2 max movement group there was no significant difference(P > 0.05); 75% VO2 max movement group compared with 85% VO2 max sports groups was very significant difference(P < 0.01),and skeletal muscle of rats citrate synthase activity was mainly affected by medium strength training mode of MT.(3) compared with quiet breeding group C rats, four different strength training mode of the activity of isocitrate dehydrogenase is on the rise,higher than the control group C were 4.2%, 39.3% respectively, 11.2% and6.01%. Any kind of strength training mode is effect on rat skeletal muscle ATP/ADP content significantly. 55% VO2 max exercise group and 75% VO2 max exercise group, 85% VO2 max exercise group, 92% VO2 max group as compared to significant and extremely significant difference(P < 0.05,P < 0.01); 75% VO2 max movement group and 85% VO2 max, 92% VO2 max sportsgroup as compared to significant and extremely significant difference(P< 0.05, P < 0.01); 85% VO2 max movement group and 92% VO2 max movement group compared with no significant difference(P > 0.05).(9) of four different strength training mode, the moderate intensity training mode(MT), high strength training mode HT and high intensity training mode HE with keeping quiet mode C between significant or extremely significant difference(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01); 85% VO2 max movement group and 55% VO2 max group compared with significant difference(P < 0.05); 75% VO2 max movement group and 85% VO2 max, 92% VO2 max sports group as compared to significant and extremely significant difference(P< 0.05, P < 0.01); 75% VO2 max movement group and 92% VO2 max group as compared to significant and extremely significant difference(P < 0.05,P < 0.01).Conclusion:(1) with the increase of intensity of rats in rats with the significant reduction of weight, weight control group rats, the largest VO2max92 %group rats weight minimum, long-term intensive sports affect the normal growth and development of rats; Appropriate exercise intensity to promote good growth and development of a rat; Quiet breeding group due to lack of exercise, cause fat accumulation, body weight is the largest.(2) 75% VO2 max, 85% VO2 max of moderate intensity of treadmill training can significantly increase the rat gastrocnemius aerobic metabolism enzyme activity; And of anaerobic metabolism enzyme- fructose phosphate kinase hardly influence; 92% VO2 max rat treadmill training can significantly improve the fructose phosphate kinase activity.(3) in 75% VO2 max, 85% VO2 max of moderate intensity training mode, the rat gastrocnemius the highest amount of isocitrate dehydrogenase gene expression.(4) 75% VO2 max, 85% VO2 max of moderate intensity training mode, the ATP/ADP, NADH/NAD+The ratio of the smallest, aerobic metabolism enzyme activity of feedback activation; Under the strength, the rat gastrocnemius mitochondrial Ca2+content is the highest, fastest tricarboxylic acid cycle. |
