The Research On Teachers’ Informatization Instructional Leadership

With the development of teaching leadership and the advancement of education informatization, informatization instructional leadership also arises at the historic moment. In the information age, teachers as one of the main body of instructional leadership and the backbone of the school (the main position to realize education informatization) development, should integrate information technology deeply into the teaching process, speed up the development of teachers’ informatization instructional leadership, and promote the development of education informatization process. Thus, to teachers’ informatization instructional leadership of comprehensive, systematic research is particularly important. However, from the present research about teachers’ informatization instructional leadership perspective, both from the depth of the study and research of breadth, and whether research on the length of time or what the researchers, we all can see that the research on teachers’ informatization instructional leadership is still in its infancy. So this study aims to deepen the study of the theory of teachers’ informatization instructional leadership, and provides some suggestions and comments to promote teachers’ informatization instructional leadership.This paper uses the theory of teachers’ professional development theory, distributed leadership, teacher’s leadership theory, learning organization theory,draws on the domestic and foreign related research achievements, and uses the method of literature research, survey research, comparative research to research teachers’ informatization instructional leadership. The main content of the study or the problems of the research will have to solve can be used three questions to briefly summarized as:what’s teachers’ informatization instructional leadership? What does teachers’ informatization instructional leadership include? How to improve teachers’ informatization instructional leadership? In detail, on the basis of the collection, inspection and sorting of the related literature, we analyze the domestic and foreign related research, for reference other scholars’ research about the concepts and definitions of principal instructional leadership and teachers’ instructional leadership, sort out the definitions of teachers’ instructional leadership, and focuse on under the background of education informatization on teachers’ teaching leadership of the new requirements to propose the concept and definition of teachers’ informatization instructional leadership; Then, according to the actual situation, and combining with the domestic and foreign related research, we divide teachers’ informatization instructional leadership into three dimensions:"the establishment and plan of informatization teaching development vision", "implementation and management informatization teaching", and "creating a good school informatization environment atmosphere", and set up the model of teachers’ informatization instructional leadership; Then, After referring to many scholars’ relevant survey data and conclusion about teachers’ informatization instructional leadership, according to the model of teachers’ informatization instructional leadership, we prepare a questionnaire to investigate the current situation of teachers’ informatization instructional leadership, analyze and process the acquired data to understand the current situation of teachers’ informatization instructional leadership and find the problems existing in teachers’ informatization instructional leadership; Finally, according to the survey results and problems, we try to seek the upgrade strategy of teachers’ informatization instructional leadership. The teachers’ informatization instructional leadership in this paper refer in particular to primary and middle school teachers’ informatization instructional leadership.
