From Turing to Steve Jobs, from the slide projector to a computer network, even to cloud and mobile terminals, the innovation of Information Technology had led a revolutionary impact to education, meanwhile brought fascination and hope to educators. Tablet PC has caused great concern by researchers and educational institutions as a new mobile learning terminal, and many research and teaching applications had been conducted centered on its potential applications of education and instruction effectiveness. The study around the theme of instructional application of Tablet PC, researched the application method of Tablet PC blend into classroom instruction from the perspective of the system, referenced the ideological of activity theory, and combined with the practice of Tablet PC instruction application.First, dissecting the theory and practice of the application of Tablet PC instruction status by literature studies and fieldwork methods at home and abroad, carding and generalizing the problems that existed, investigate the reasons of the instruction activities cannot be successfully launched, classroom disorder, unable to reach the goal of teaching and teachers had a frailty in applying the Tablet PC in classroom instruction activities; secondly, to aim at these problems, re-examining the role of each element such as learners, teaching content, teaching objectives and tablet PC in Tablet PC instruction activities by means of composing activity theory elements, divided the Tablet PC instruction process into seven interaction and interrelated factor. To put forward construction strategy of Tablet PC instruction environment from four aspect:hardware facilities, teaching network platform, education application support and teachers, students and parents Tablet PC using training. The tablet PC instruction activities design is divided into preliminary analysis, learning agency design, learning activities design and learning evaluation design combined the process of instructional design; Finally, designing and practice the Tablet PC instruction activities and put it in to practice combine the tablet PC instruction practice, based on each part of the initial design and the characteristics of the specific school. Analyzing, verifying and summarizing the effect of teaching through questionnaires and interviews.The continuous development of information technology makes the realizing of future wisdom classroom as possible. For the purposes of the Tablet PC, its fully applied to instruction, on the one hand, to update the guidance of new teaching theory and teaching philosophy must be an urgent problem, and the other hand, to improve the hardware environment of Tablet PC classroom, that still need the integration of the interdisciplinary research of education, computer and professionals in the field of educational technology. I believe that the potential of the application of the Tablet PC in education will be further excavated and it had an expected future.
