In recent years, The research on school informatization leadership has been noticed as school’s informanization starts under the education informatization development background. However, middle management team’s leadership is ignored in this process. While people mainly concern about the schoolmaster’s leadership which is effected by schoolmaster responsibility system. In reality, middle managers are in charge of schools handing operation. Meanwhile, they also need to organize, supervise overall work, ensure each policy decision come into force. They link up schoolmaster, teachers, students and other sections. Middle management team’s leadership plays an essential role during the school informanization development process. For these,this thesis defines school middle management team’s leadership, and makes a theory model which is suitable for Chinese primary and middle schools. Furthermore,it puts forward a evaluation system as well which is based on the model through file-collection, questionnaire and specialist-appraise.This thesis includes six chapters.Chapter 1 is the introduction that brings out the the basis, background, purpose, meaning, specific research solution and the related definitions in the thesis. It establishes the basic way for the next research. Chapter 2 is research summarize.It shows the development situation and authoritative evaluation system through reorganize and analysis related internal and external research. Chapter3 expounds this thesis’theoretical basis, makes a model for middle management team’s leadership and offers theoretical support for the next chapters. Chapter4 makes a elementary evaluation system dimension which is based on reorganization, analysis, and summary about existing systems. Chapter5 puts forward the final evaluation system. Each element’s weighting is gotten by means of the elementary evaluation system adjustment on questionnaire and data analysis And questionnaire is departed into 2 sections:The self-survey and specialist-survey. The two surveys’weighting ultimately confirm the evaluation system and each part’s weight. Chapter 6 is the summary. It gives a brief account about the process and result. Analysis and point out the shortcoming and prospect for the future research.This thesis’s significance is bringing out the school middle management team’s leadership evaluation system.It’s not only used in primary and middle school which provides a system to evaluate the middle managers,but also provides guidance and support for school development, enrich school informatization leadership’s theory and practice, offers a reference and instance for relevant research.
