Special education is an indispensable part of education in our country, the development of special education is of gr eat importance to im prove China’s overall national quality. The de velopment and construction of xinjiang autono mous region has been the m ost attention and recognition by the state, especia lly to the cultural development in the regions of southern xinj iang, the top priority of national focus on special education business relationship to th e autonomous region in southern xinjiang education career, with the rapid devel opment of the autonom ous region to the development of special education is im portant to improve the overall quality of the whole autonomous region people’ s role, and this am ong them, special education teachers’ professional level is the key to the development of the cause, the higher level, the more conducive to promoting the healthy growth of the special education students.This study was to investigate the current situation of special education school teachers’ professional developm ent. Research methods such as q uestionnaire, interview method and literature research method was applied, such as special education school study of southern xinjia ng area, aim ing at the status quo of the special education teachers’ professional development in southern xinjiang are analyzed.This study in combination with the actual condition of special education teachers’ professional development in southern xinjiang, on the basis of anal ysis of the results of the survey and analysis of influen ce factors of special educatio n teachers’ professional development in southern xi njiang region, and th en put forward the solution of targeted, in order to promote the nanjiang area special education education teachers’ professional level.The main content of this study are as fo llows: first, based on the principle of based on the fact, the field of special edu cation teachers’ professional development in southern xinjiang, investigation of the current situation of present situation of special education teachers understand the southern xinjiang region. Second, investigation and analysis of current special education teachers’ professional development in southern xinjiang existing problem s and infl uencing factors. So it is, in view of the current problems existing in the southern area of special education teachers’ professional development analysis, put forward to prom ote the southern xinjiang area of special education teachers’ professional development way and countermeasure.This study focus on southern xinjia ng region special education teachers’ professional development present situation, through the investiga tion to master the southern xinjiang p roblems existing in th e professional development of teachers in special education, and put forward corres ponding countermeasures in view of the problem. The study of understanding and improve the southern xinjiang region through what way special teachers’ professional development has a good enlightenment function.
