The reason that many students can not master the physics is not the physics itself but the physics teachers. A large of physics teachers do not pay attention to learning the related knowledge, and most of them are not knowledgeable; They do not know self-examination, they also lack charisma, all these lead that they lack of cultural heritage. Students are not interested in learning physics. Certainly the students are not good at physics, and are afraid to study the physics. How to make the teachers improve the cultural heritage to enable students to accept physics easily is the focus of this paper. Specific studies are as follows:In this paper, the theory of personality characteristics, the life education theory of Tao ingzhi and the meaningful learning theory of Ausubel conducted for the research. Firstly, I use the questionnaire to know what kind of cultural heritage physics teachers should have in the student’s eyes. At the same time, I research literature to analyse the characteristics of the physical disciplines. As we all know physics is an all-encompassing discipline, which includes millions of principles of the universe. Physics is a scientific discipline, which emphasizes the truth, goodness and perfection. True- the pursuit of the real world of science; goodness- the lofty realm of the humanities; Pegasus- aesthetic realm of art. Physical is still pregnant with a natural philosophy. The method we study the physics is constantly outside to the inside, swing-style approximation of the truth in the process.Secondly, according to the results of the survey and characteristics of physical, this paper summarizes the cultural heritage which a high school physics teacher should have. As a high school physics teacher, they must master knowledge of professional disciplines from the depth and breadth of that subject. At the same time, they must achieve something from it, and also grasp the psychology of students. The physics teachers should have high work ethic, good training and the idea of beauty and truth.Finally, we combine with some education cases to illustrate the importance of improving the cultural heritage of physics teachers in teaching. "If you want a glass of water to the students, teachers should have a bucket of water." Physics, is known as Theory of Everything, so if you want to be a good physics teacher that you must have a rich cultural heritage. For physics teachers’ cultivation of cultural heritage and accumulation of cultural, we look ahead in the following five aspects: rich Knowledge,professionalism, science teaching, lifelong learning and writing. |
