Work values influence people’s behavior of career selection and work motivation, or even determine the occupation loyalty. Research of graduating college students has just entered or will enter the job work values present situation, not only help enterprises to individual needs based on the understanding, which targeted training to meet the need of enterprise employees; at the same time, but also help universities purposefully guide students establish the correct work values.This research is based on the human resources development perspective, the graduating college students has carried on the comparative analysis of work values. Combined with the research and analysis of the literature, to Super(1953) width of life, living space theory and work adaptation theory as the foundation, this research mainly from Manhardt’s(1972) work values scale, Rounds’(1981) the importance of the Minnesota questionnaire, Ronen(1994) classification, Super(1970) demand questionnaire of Work Values Questionnaire Revised and Chinese scholar Jin Shenghua(2005) of university students’purpose occupation values and means for occupation value scale, based on the five questionnaires, combined with China conditions and present situation of college students, the college students work values questionnaire compiled view. And Wang Mengcheng, joined the Chinese Big Five Personality Questionnaire based on some items selected of conscientiousness and openness to experience two dimensions, and Berkowitz & Lutterman (1968) of the social responsibility questionnaire survey to supplement the study.Through the research found, Yanbian University, Jilin University and Northeast Normal University students between different professional school between power, career advancement, social status, work environment, work stability, leadership, colleagues, recognition, a sense of achievement, autonomy, contributions of the public and contribute to society, there are significant differences in national contribution, but from different areas of their intrinsic work values only exist significant differences in job stability, morality, contributions to the country. Among them, the students on the power and social status and prestige, creative and challenges of work not too positive, and the contribution of consciousness is not strong, but the strong sense of responsibility, and for working stability, leadership, colleague relationship, the approval of others, and the commitment are more attention.Therefore, this study suggests that the school should make students work values guide, and enterprises should establish a harmonious interpersonal atmosphere, constructing the harmonious enterprise culture.
