This study adopts the traditional values by the self-made questionnaire,combining Teachers’ Work Values Scale(TWVS)and Utrecht Work Engagement Scale(UWES), Area all over HeiLongJiang province hundreds of elementary and highschool teachers in the investigation. To the collected data using the factor analysis thetraditional values of the structure. The analysis of variance understand teachers’traditional values present condition, current situation and investment situation workvalues. And use structure equation model the traditional values, work values and workthe relationship between input.The results showed:(1)The structure of the traditional values questionnairedimension with the the cardinal virtues of humanity, justice, propriety, wisdom andintegrity which are the core thought of Confucianism in the traditional chinese culture.are identical with each other. Cronbach,s Alpha0.928(.2)Demographic variable gender,age, Years of Working of traditional values have influence: Generally, men higher thanwomen, The teacher in the town is higher than the other towns, young higher than older.(3)Demographic variable to work values influence:Primary school teachers higherthan high school teachers, primary title higher than middle titlein teachers, the keyschool in20years the following the young teacher educator is significantly higher than21years old teacher; College degree in teaching language of the number of the teachervery significantly higher than other subjects teaching teachers; Major teachers higherthan the other.
