At present, with the deepening of the reform of the education system and teachers’professional growth process progress, occupation pressure of teachers has become a prominent problem of global. Primary and secondary school teachers in our country generally felt that the occupation pressure. Teachers work pressure problem, not only affect the physical and mental health of teachers, but also seriously hinders the teachers’ability, which seriously affects the educational undertaking of our country healthy and sustainable development.The purpose of this study is to investigate the teachers in The Second Experimental School in Jilin Province----the provincial vital middle school in Jilin province, then to research on the present situation and problems of occupational stress, thus to analyze the causes of problems and to explore the ways to solve for dealing with the occupational stress in our school and throwing light on the occupational problems in other schools.The Provincial Department of education directly under the key schools in Jilin Province, the second experimental school, using the research methods of literature, questionnaire, statistics, education, occupation pressure of middle school teachers were investigated and analyzed, results from the survey:compared to the general secondary school teachers, middle school teachers’ occupation pressure at the provincial level more, some groups of teachers occupation pressure large, teachers face occupation pressure coping style is not optimistic, the pressure of provincial middle school teachers occupation harm is extremely serious.In stress analysis, the following aspects:the pursuit of higher enrollment rate is an important reason for the provincial secondary school teachers occupation pressure large, strict management of the provincial high school to bring greater pressure on teachers, provincial secondary school teachers were the first to feel the pressure of the new curriculum reform, school choice students to bring greater pressure to the provincial high school teachers, different groups of teachers at the provincial level the teacher occupation pressure of different causes etc.Based on the investigation and analysis, the provincial key middle school teachers’occupation can alleviate the pressure and put forward the following management strategies:first, stress management, school level, school teachers should increase training opportunities, to better adapt to the new curriculum reform; schools should establish a reasonable evaluation system, alleviate the zexiaosheng of Teachers to control the pressure; school teachers work burden, establishing an effective incentive mechanism; establish scientific and effective competition mechanism, reduce the pressure of school; establishment of discipline management, to create a relaxed working environment. Second, the teachers, teachers should actively face the strict management of the school, teachers should take the initiative to improve the occupation accomplishment; good interpersonal relationship management, reasonable ease their pressure; actively adjust the psychological pressure, to maintain good habits. Third, the social level, the country should improve teachers’salary level, reduce teachers’life stress; coping with teachers to put forward reasonable expectations, actively establish good social evaluation system.
