Society’s reform and progress, not only has brought many conveniences for everybody and enjoys, simultaneously also brought very many before no pressure, the pressure which all the various trades and occupations faced has been all dissimilar, the solution way was also different.In teacher this special occupation, similarly also easy to have very many questions, the following each pressure also gave the general teachers to bring the worry and puzzled.Generally speaking, the professional pressure already can take to the teacher positive aspect, also can bring each kind of not good influence, also is the negative influence.It mainly displays in to the teacher emotion and the cognition aspect, affects the teacher to have disease, to cause the teacher to make the negative behavior, thus affects teacher’s classroom instruction effect, affects student’s psychologically healthy, destroys a teacher community better condensation.The author in refers the Chinese and foreign literature and unifies in Our country Junior middle school teacher’s actual situation foundation, has carried on the comprehensive analysis to the teacher professional pressure source, and pointed out the teacher pressure source is complex and multi-dimensional.Inside this reason has subjective on, for instance teacher this role itself multiplicity and complexity; Also has objective on, for instance the work load arduous, the one-sided pursue proportion of students entering schools of a higher grade, the teacher financial circumstance ideal, the education reform inelasticity, the student do not manage the difficulty big and the guardian do not understand and so on, these all gave the junior middle school the teacher to bring the very tremendous professional pressure, also has the teacher professional pressure important attribute.In order to alleviate the junior middle school teacher’s professional pressure, speaking of the society, should to the teacher propose the suitable expectation and the request, improves teacher’s status and the treatment, establishes a better environment for the teacher; Looked from the school that, should determine the suitable working load, constructs the reasonable control system, builds the harmonious interpersonal relationship; As for teacher, then should appraise correctly the pressure and should to ability, the promotion professional accomplishment and ability, enhances the pressure to be supposed to ability.
