Speed of economic development to a great extent, affects the country today, while the future of a country depends mainly on its level of education quality. The private higher education in China higher education system, the development of education undertakings of our country has an irreplaceable role. According to statistics, 16 already has a private higher education in jiangxi province(excluding independent college), to a certain extent, effectively integrate the education resources, reduced the public education of jiangxi spending, promoted the reform of education system, etc, made a positive contribution. Run by the local college teachers is a major pillar of subsistence and development of private colleges, their happiness and work enthusiasm, to a large extent depends on the professional level of satisfaction, but also for private colleges teachers management provides an important basis. Therefore understanding the working state of private college teachers, analyze the present situation of its career satisfaction research improve the job satisfaction has very important meaning for the development of private colleges.Through to the teacher more private colleges in jiangxi province interviews and questionnaire survey analysis show: jiangxi non-governmental university teachers’ career satisfaction is not high overall; Private colleges in jiangxi province teachers’ job satisfaction level is the highest relationships, followed by work environment, work tasks, the profession itself, the school management, professional development and work returns in the ranking, is at a level not satisfied; Item job satisfaction factors along with the teachers’ gender, educational background, professional titles of all are different; Private colleges in jiangxi province teachers’ career satisfaction significantly lower than public colleges and universities teachers. In order to improve the jiangxi non-governmental university teachers’ career satisfaction, respectively from the government level, school level, the teachers level and social level discussed countermeasures.
