In this globalization era, every university around the world admits the importance of a currency to measure someone’s effort in higher education, which is called credit system. Credit system was originated from the west, its development is not limited by the place, time and concept. Each university has different credit system to find its own suitable learning ways, which become the main reason to do “The Comparative Study of Supporting Credit System Factors in China’s Nanchang University(NCU) and Indonesia’s University of Pelita Harapan(UPH)”(focus on undergraduate credit system). Research objectives are: exploring diversity of credit system at both universities; interpreting credit system significance. Research questions are: both universities’ ways to implement credit system; the diversity of credit system at both universities. The concept behind credit system is not only to give students learning freedom(electives), but also to shape student mind process(independent and responsible). Research analysis show some supporting credit system factors such as country, university name, university type, university objectives, curriculum, evaluation, teacher, international cooperation, technology, library, facility, tuition fee. Different credit system concept, management and supporting credit system factors shape each university characteristic.
