With the development of times, further requirements for talents are also raised by the society. New talents are not only required to master professional knowledge but also have strong body. Students’ culture learning competition, many parents and education officials to improve the students’ academic performance, and reduce child physical exercise time and take up the students’ physical education. In the long term,inevitably led to the decrease of the overall level of the physical health of students.Now the society, family and school are paying more attention on the fact that how to impel students to make good academic performance and have strong bodies, reaching“body & leaning excellence”.In this study, research is conducted to the physical exercise and learning behavior of “body & learning excellence” students of 2014 freshman undergraduate in FuDan University using questionnaire survey, interviewing method, mathematical statics.And the following conclusions are obtained :(1)Regarding attitude to physical exercise, in overall, “body & learning excellence” students takes positive attitude, and their three-dimension acceptance to sport attitude is high and very balanced.In terms of motivation to physical exercise, it is of great variety and individual difference for “body & learning excellence” students.And the top three motivations are strengthening body, relieving pressure and communication. Regarding specific physical exercise behavior, the frequency of“Body & learning excellence” students participating in sports is higher than the standard percentage; exercising duration is very reasonable and most exercising belongs to medium persistence exercise. Due to their own needs, the difference of hobbies, few investments, simple and simple site equipment requirement projects are favorate.Such as running, the choice is diversified. The exercise yard is based on school sports facilities. Participating in physical exercise is mainly spontaneous,based on group and supplemented by individual activities. The school sports club developed well. It is not dominant to organize exercise by administrative means.(2)In terms of learning attention dimension, “Body & learning excellence”students pay attention in class.Most of students are used to listening to teachers carefully, make notes seriously and make the atmosphere lively in class. The students don’t receive knowledge in a passive condition.On the contrary, they construct and learning knowledge actively. In terms of learning motivation, “Body & learning excellence” students have a high spontaneous to acquire professional skills, which is high practical.As regards learning attitude, “body & learning excellence” students have right attitude and cognition to learning, seldomly cheating. They skip classmainly because the confliction between class and other things. In overall, they have high self-discipline. In respect of learning strategy, “body & learning excellence”students have strong self-management ability, leaning planning and systematicness.Most students study by themselves at night and on weekends. Learning method is mainly learning by themselves first and then consulting teachers or others when they are confused. Most students study by such modern means as computer. When meeting problems during after-class learning, the main resolution method is consulting reference books at library.(3)Appropriate physical exercise will have a positive effect on learning, and acquisition of relevant physical exercise knowledge will be also favorable to do physical exercise.
