Along with the advancement of quality education and new curriculum reform, the overall quality appraisal to become the inevitable requirements of education evaluation. Overview of this article through to the junior middle school students overall quality appraisal and the analysis and study of junior middle school students overall quality appraisal implementation present situation, successful experience at home and abroad for reference, and according to the related theory foundation, proposed the implementation of junior middle school students overall quality appraisal system idea, sums up the main outstanding problems that exist in the overall quality appraisal implementation and puts forward some Suggestions of perfecting the overall quality appraisal, and to develop effective system to promote the development of junior middle school students overall quality comprehensively.The text is divided into five parts:The first part; Elaborated the selected topic reason, the literature review of this paper, the research significance and research method. Among them, the literature review of domestic part mainly introduces the practice in the research, students’ comprehensive quality evaluation of comprehensive quality evaluation research, the overall quality appraisal strategy, the overall quality appraisal significance of research.The second part; Introduces the comprehensive quality evaluation of the related concepts and theoretical basis. Among them, the overall quality appraisal main theoretical basis of the theory of multiple intelligences, marxist theory of human comprehensive development, humanistic theory, developmental evaluation theory.The third part; The junior middle school students comprehensive quality evaluation system of case analysis and conception.
