The Present Situation Investigation And The Research On Reformation Of Chemistry Experiment Teaching Of Raohe County High School

Chemistry is a natural science based on experiment. Chemical experiment plays a very important role in subject teaching, along with the new curriculum revolution and quality education carried out. The aim of the new curriculum revolution of high school chemistry is to train students to have practical ability and creativity, to increase scientific literacy of students. Moreover, it point out the importance of chemical experiment in teaching. Although the new curriculum revolution of high school chemistry policy improved the present teaching mostly, there still are a lot of problems shall not be ignored in many teaching links. To know experiment teaching circumstances and promote the new curriculum revolution in remote and poverty-stricken area, the high school of RaoHe prefecture was selected as a sample to research. The status of chemical experimental teaching in this school was surveyed and analyzed by interview and questionnaire survey.This article is divided into five sections. The first section is abstract, illuminating the background, objectives and significance of this research, expounding the related research progress worldwide and the methodology of the research. The second section is theoretical study. The third section is statistics and analysis result based on the survey from teachers and students. The forth section is a conclusion according to the problems found while analyzing the survey data. As a conclusion, the shortage of instructional resources, weak implementation of teaching, exam-oriented education concept and the backward evaluation system of teaching are main problems with chemical experimental teaching in the high school of RaoHe prefecture. The fifth section is rationalization proposal for all problems. For instances, increasing investment of laboratory establishing, converting teaching concept, raising fun, daily, miniature and mensurable in experiment, using multimedia teaching and establishing proper evaluation system of teaching will be the solutions for present.
