"Chinese curriculum standard" pointed out that "in order to adapt to and meet the needs of social progress and the students’ own development, Chinese education must be objective and content, the teaching idea and approach to learning, evaluation purpose, and methods for the reform of the system." At present, the top priority of the reform of classroom teaching has turned to the innovation of classroom teaching mode, build quality and efficient, classroom, improve the efficiency of classroom teaching, to change the teaching way of teaching, change student’s study way, improve the quality of teaching goals.And Chinese classroom teaching as the central link in language teaching, it is an important way to cultivate the students’ Chinese accomplishment, good Chinese classroom teaching to lets the student obtain the comprehensive promotion in knowledge, thought, emotion and so on. So how to make the language classroom to become efficient becomes the important subject of the present Chinese classroom teaching reform."Three research and four studies" teaching mode is a kind of efficient FanCheng area of Hubei province’s classroom teaching mode. Efficient classroom is through the teachers guide students autonomous learning, cooperative learning, strive for high efficiency and high benefit to complete the teaching mission. "Three research and four studies" teaching mode embodies efficient classroom teaching means, teaching objectives and teaching links, it inspired by individual initiative investigation, group cooperation investigation guide exploration practice philosophy, through "Guided learning","Learning alone", "Learning each other", "Evaluation of learning" four teaching into full play the main role of students in teaching, excavate the learning ability of the students, to promote the efficiency of the whole process of teaching.Since the first half of 2014 period,the NO.12 middle school began to introduce the "Three research and four studies" teaching mode.The NO.12 middle school proposed by two years of promotion and practice, to observe the implementation of the effectiveness of "three study four teaching and learning" teaching mode, and combined with the characteristics of the school itself and implement further in line with the characteristics of the school classroom teaching reform.This article through to NO.12 middle school of Yanji implementation language in the "Three research and four studies" teaching mode present situation investigation, discusses building efficient operational strategy of the classroom. In the survey method, the main use of questionnaire and interview, combined with the practice of observation and data statistics, analysis of the "NO.12 middle school to implement the achievements and problems in Chinese "Three research and four studies" teaching mode, composition of the realistic basis.This paper will explore from the following five parts, the first chapter introduction, this article discusses the background of the subject, purpose, significance and research status, and the main definition; The second chapter of the "Three research and four studies" teaching mode has theoretical basis and the requirements of new; The third chapter is about NO.12 middle school Chinese "Three research and four studies" teaching mode present situation investigation, focused mainly on the plan and schedule of the school, teachers ’and students’ awareness and interest in degree, as well as the status quo of each link of the "four studies"; On its present situation in the fourth chapter sums up the No.12 middle school Chinese "Three research and four studies" teaching mode of the effects and problems, and an analysis of the causes for problem; The fifth chapter, on the basis of the theoretical basis and reality basis for the implementation of the "Three research and four studies" teaching mode the problems put forward strategic strategy for teaching and learning, which is the focus of this article.
