With the continuous improvement of China’s international status and economic advance, more and more foreigners want to know China through learning the Chinese language. Today, the enthusiasm in learning Chinese is expanding. For every Chinese communicator, they not only spread Chinese languages but also disseminates and carries on Chinese culture. As a neighbor of a narrow strip of water, South Korea still keeps the habit of learning Chinese since ancient times. South Korea’s basic education advocates learning the second foreign language. Chinese as a second language has been pushed for many years in South Korea’s high school. The class teaching of Chinese in South Korea’s high school not only teaches students Chinese but also various Chinese culture. The paper discusses the teaching method of Chinese culture courses as the center, and adopts questionnaire-investigation to survey the Chinese cultural direction and teaching methods that the students love. Meanwhile, the paper also discusses the delicate relationship between language and culture, and analyzes the cultural contents in present textbooks of South Korea’s high school. Through the above researches to find out the teaching mode of Chinese culture which is be suitable for South Korea’s high school.The first chapter mainly summarizes the purpose and significance of the subject, and aims at the researches on the subject in recent years to conduct a simple sorting and analysis. It focuses on the analysis of the researches on Chinese culture teaching methods of many scholars in recent years, and analyzed Chinese teaching situation and teaching methods in Korean school. Through leaning from the experiences in the exploration research of these predecessors, it proposes the innovations of this paper.The second chapter mainly discusses the Chinese culture teaching plays an important role and significance in Chinese teaching.The third chapter analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Chinese culture content compiled in the two different "Chinese I" which was published by two different publishing houses in the reasons causing the disadvantages, so as to provide some suggestions for improving these disadvantages.The fourth chapter through adopting questionnaire-investigation to survey the interesting direction of Chinese culture and how much they liked the teaching methods for the students of grade two or three in Deokjeong High School in South Korea Gyeonggi province, and makes the statistics of the survey results. Through analyzing the survey results, it obtained the factors of the lack of effective dissemination of Chinese culture in the school, and the necessity of the existence of Chinese culture courses.The fifth chapter introduces and analyzes the teaching methods and the teaching cases of several Chinese culture courses.The sixth chapter proposes the author’own thinking and suggestions for Chinese culture teaching in South Korea ordinary high school. It found out the common problems that arise in the Chinese culture class, and put forward some solutions and suggestions.
