The Application Of Micro Class In The University Sports Teaching

In the current information society, all areas of society in the rapid development of information technology to promote, there is a revolutionary change. In the field of education, education informationization has deep into all levels and teaching. A new application of micro course "as the information technology in the field of education, has been widespread concern of teachers and students, the application and research on it is a hot topic in the education reform. At present, the application of research results of micro course is mainly concentrated in the basic education level, rarely in the application, and the application of research results for the physical education curriculum in colleges and universities is rare, therefore, for the micro course in the university curriculum, especially the application of the college physical education curriculum has the important practical significance.This paper first analyzes the research status of micro course, then summarizes the course of micro theoretical basis, the concept, characteristics and classification of the micro class, class, college sports, college micro micro course design principles and application methods of universality and particularity, proposed the micro class in university designed to "micro led" principle, with "student oriented" principle, with "interactive" principle, with "innovation is the core of principle, proposed the university sports micro class application to consider:the three principles and the conventional teaching combined with other teaching resources, and timely adjustment application mode.
