Study About Training Of Electronic Whiteboard Based On Video Lesson For Rural Teachers

In March2012, the ministry of education in our country published "a ten-year plan of developing education informatization". It explicitly pointed out:by2020,everyone can enjoy the learning environment of high quality education resources. Interactive electronic whiteboard (hereinafter referred to as the electronic whiteboard), as the latest education media, by Mr Austral farmers as "the foundation of the school education informatization platform". In the first half of2013, in order to popularize the teaching of electronic whiteboard, an electronic teaching system training was held for the excellent teachers in Shanxi Province. The level of electronic whiteboard ability of most teachers is generally low in my county, they can’t meet the demand of teaching. The number of teachers who can use electronic whiteboard teaching is imminent. So it is necessary to cultivate the teachers to master a large number of electronic whiteboard technology knowledge. There was electronic whiteboard township in our school, so we should be more familiar with the teaching application of the electronic whiteboard. We should Look for a way of training, make our school teachers understand the electronic whiteboard,grasp the function of electronic whiteboard and bring it into daily teaching.Through literature study, the electronic whiteboard is grewrapidly in the field of education, but the existing research mainlyaddressed on the electronic whiteboard technology and theapplication advantages of electronic whiteboard teaching, lessresearch on electronic whiteboard skills training; Paying closeattention to in-service teacher training are mostly about the meaningof the training, method and way to explore and continue educationmethod, contents and forms of research. Video case plays animportant role in teacher training, it has its unique advantages: it isnot only for teachers to present the real situation of teaching, but alsois helpful for teachers to generate teaching practical knowledge, andincrease the chances of a teacher to learn from experts. It isbeneficial for teachers to make tacit knowledge into explicitknowledge. Video case, of course, also has its disadvantages. Forexample, there is no real situation for teachers and students tointeract. The teachers can not solve the problems in class.According to the model of performance technology, this study onteachers in our school and training needs analysis, which designedthe training process, using the basic skills training, demonstrationhigh-quality classroom case, teachers self practice rounds of trainingto achieve mastery of the electronic whiteboard skills teachers in ourschool. Found in the interview, due to the selection of high quality areall first-line teachers elaborate examples in class, in line with theactual needs of the teachers in our school, the teachers feel veryclose to the life, learning is also very easy. Implementation ofelectronic whiteboard based on video case of rural teacher skills training, conforms to the characteristics of our school. It is the besttraining programs at present in our school.Through three rounds of training, our school teachers basicallymastered the use of electronic whiteboard, but due to the timeproblem, electronic whiteboard and curriculum integration ofteachers in our school also need time to discuss, groping. Innovationpoint of this research is to: this way is different from the former ones.the study reflects their needs and characteristics of teacher trainingbetter. This model is not only applied to our electronic whiteboardskills training, also can be applied to other schools. But this researchalso has its disadvantages, such as should pay more attention tostudents’ subject status, should add electronic whiteboard in trainingand curriculum integration of knowledge, etc., this is my futureresearch direction, also hope can be reference for other researchers.
