Under an open education environment in contemporary era, people’ssense of consciousness is growing. Therefore, we are increasingly aware of theimportance of subjectivity for ourselves and the development of the society.Cultivating the subjective education needs to be protected by the subjectivity of theeducation management, so the subjective education calls the subjectivity of theeducation management. Based on the research results of many scholars, research ofmodern education management has turned to how to inspire the subjectivity of theregulated. It has important theatrical value and practical significance to study WeiShusheng’s educational management practice.To inspire subjectivity of the regulated, this paper explores the subjectivity ineducation management practices of Wei Shusheng. First, it introduces the educationand management experience of Wei Shusheng, and analyse his education managementexperience; Second, it points out the theoretical foundation of Wei Shusheng’ssubjectivity education management practice, such as the subjectivity, the theory ofgood human nature theory and democratic management, scientific management theory;Third, it carries out a detailed analysis on the subjectivity of the class management,school management and educational administration management; Then,summarizesthe features of Wei Shusheng’s subjectivity education managemeng practice,which areeducational, technical, service, unity, acceptability; finally, it comments on WeiShusheng’s subjectivity education management, which agrees Wei Shusheng’ssubjectivity education management practice is the model of combination of Westernmanagement and Chinese management ideology, a successful model of educationadministrators motivate the imitativeness of the regulated and the beacon ofexcellent educational management reform.
