Wei Shusheng is a star teacher and very famous in the Chinese education circle. He and the other well-known educator named Qian Menglong are known as "South Qian,North Wei" .Both of these two legendary figures only have junior middle school educational background but make great achievement in the education circle. Both of them insist on studying all along,advancing with time and being innovative.Especially for Mr Wei,he dreamed and determined to be a teacher.He hadn't been trained in the teacher'college.So he learned it all by himself.He worked hard as the class teacher of two classes in an ordinary high school—Panshan No.3 Middle school and achieve greatly. So studying him is very important for education.Wei Shusheng only have the junior diploma. His teaching method and theory is not profound.However,he is good at motivating the students to learn by themselves.Besides that,he can manage the class very efficiently.Mr Wei has made many beneficial innovatire thoughts on the education in China.Among them,his thoughts on the relationship between teaching and education,the democracy and the science are so fantastic.These thoughts can guide the the 8th curriculum reform as well as the Chinese teaching in China .In Wei's view,the curriculum reform is a system project. So it's not right to isolate the students,materials,teaching procedures,teaching environment,teaching methods.You should put them into practice as a whole.This article tries to explore Mr Wei's successful teaching experience and art from the aspect of teachers' quality,Classroom instruction.big classroom education and Class teachers'role.It also tries to promoto the new curriculum reform to instruct the Chinese teaching as wellas teaching efficiency.
