Research On The Continuing Education Of Junior Middle School Teachers In Xichou County

Full implementation of quality education, must have sufficient and a number of high-quality teachers, and teachers’continuing education is to strengthen the construction of teachers and improve the quality of teachers, a powerful driving force to promote educational reform and development, but also to promote the professional development of teachers and effective path. According to the existing problems and puts forward some corresponding suggestions:strengthening the effectiveness of continuing education, to meet the needs of teachers; to establish effective continuing education funding allocation mechanism;optimization of continuing education environment, improve the enthusiasm to participate in continuing education of teachers; strengthen school-based training to carry out strength,promote the professional development of teachers.
