With the in-depth development of elementary and middle schoolssports curriculum reform, promote the independent development ofpersonalized education, students and students, teachers, teachingidea, teaching contents, practice teaching goal to guide the neweducation idea, make the primary and secondary school physicaleducation teachers in our country is faced with huge psychologicalpressure and challenges, professional toughness of PE teachers inmiddle schools and the relationship between the effect of a teacher’swork is very necessary, at the same time, PE teacher resilience of ourcountry plays an important role in the development of undertakings ofphysical culture and sports.This study of middle school PE teachers’professional toughness theoretical exploration and empirical study,make us understand different physical education teachers in the faceof the same negative scenarios, and the reason of the differentbehaviors of middle school physical education teachers to improvetheir professional level of toughness.In this paper, research methods are mainly literature, expertinterview, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, logicanalysis, the extraction of11cities in ShanXi Province secondaryschools,240teachers were investigated.Research conclusions: the middle school PE teachers’ professional toughness is very important in the teaching process, itcan influence the attitude to physical education, physical educationteachers, which affect the student’s attitude to physical education,improve the middle school students’ interest in extracurricular sportstraining, can strengthen the learning motivation, improve theteaching quality of sports.Affect middle school PE teachers’professional toughness mainly has five dimensions.Self-improvement,work to adapt to the work, perseverance, work to deal with andexpectations, has a certain correlation between the fivedimensions.Professional toughness of PE teachers in middle schoolsin ShanXi Province has significant difference in five dimensions.Ondifferent background of professional toughness of PE teachers inmiddle schools in ShanXi Province on the five dimensions havedifferent characteristics.Different gender, age, education, maritalstatus, teaching age, professional title and type school area in themiddle school PE teachers’ professional toughness have differentdegrees of difference.Thesis proposal: to improve middle school physical educationteachers in ShanXi vocational toughness of itsrecommendations.Enhance teachers’ personal resilience, strengthentheir work;To strengthen school management mechanism, theconstruction of a harmonious working atmosphere;Strengthen socialsupport, and create a harmonious social environment.
