In numerous fertility problems’ research, studies of fertilityintentions has been attracting the special attention of people, itsreason is, of course, expected to foresee the fertility rate changethrough the understanding of fertility intentions. In order to graspthe change trend of population birth level, it is necessary toinvestigate the occurrence of people’s fertility behavior, and theoccurrence of reproductive behavior and it is closely related to thewillingness of people to breed. For both fertility intentions andfertility behavior, it is generally believed that the fertility intentionsof peoplle into the fertility behavior of people, individualreproductive behavior gathered into the overall fertility of thepopulation, lin fact, concrete fertility behavior and fertilityintentions has a large gap, which still exist between intermediatevariable, namely to a birth plan. Therefore, the research of thistopic has always been a popular topic.Yicheng County, Linfen city, Shanxi province, which insisted tosustained release two births is the only one rural areas in the pilotcounties, it’s known "Population Zones". Thesis focuses on the relationship between fertility desire and fertility behavior which setstudy of L Village Yicheng County, Linfen City Shanxi province as atypical case, respectively. The author tries to explore therelationship between the villagers of fertility desire and fertilitybehavior from the theoretical and methodological level. The authorstatistics and analysis data by research of fertility desire andfertility behavior.This article focuses on the number of children bychildren of sex and fertility time in three dimensions descriptivestatistics, in order to analyze the relationship between fertilitydesire and fertility behavior. On this basis, we obtain fertility desireand fertility behavior have significant differences, but familyplanning and reproductive behavior is closer. Finally, I try from thefamily planning policy, family income, the education level andwomen of childbearing age to analyze the difference between thefertility desire and fertility behavior in a significant factor. Thesis inorder to understand the future trend of China’s population trendsthrough the analysis, which designed to provide a practical andeffective theoretical and practical basis for the rationaldevelopment of a healthy population.
