The Chinese traditional virtue contains rich moral educationresources, promoting social progress and development. At the sametime, it is also rooted in Chinese nation heart firmly. As such acultural gene passes down from generation to generation, it playsan important role not only in the past, but also on modern people’sways of thinking and behavior habits. Besides, it will have a greatimpact on the entire social life. With the development of the era andthe enhancement of our comprehensive national strength, thetraditional virtue is endowed with new values and meanings. Whenit comes to research on the traditional virtue education in themiddle school ideological moral class, it has a very importantreference significance to enrich the ideological and moraleducation theory, to vary the teaching content, to improve teachingmethod of Ideological and moral lesson, to promote the professionalgrowth of teachers and students’ all-round development. This research aims to investigate the traditional virtueeducation in the middle school ideological moral class based on thetraditional virtues of content by the way of the literature method,observation method, survey method, interview method and so onfrom the following three aspects: firstly, the questionnaire of thestudents and a interview of teachers in Yangcheng County inManghe Middle School are carried out, and the problems existed inthe traditional virtue education in the middle school ideologicalmoral class will be analyzed by classroom observation and the localcultural construction; Secondly, the reasons of these problems willbe discussed on the base of understanding of the traditional virtueeducation and the teaching condition of this school. After beingsorted out, the reasons can be grouped into the following aspects:the inadequacy of teachers’ knowledge, teaching content, thedisorder of the knowledge between the teachers and students,single teaching methods, the shortage of teaching resources....Finally, the author puts forward some correspondingcountermeasures from the development of teachers, teachingcontent, teaching reflection, teaching methods and teachingresources and so on according to the existing problems.In a word, based on the analyses of the condition of traditionalvirtue education and the corresponding countermeasures put forward, the effectiveness of the traditional virtue education inmoral class is hoped to improved and the teaching process is hopedto perfected to enable students to achieve the unity of knowledgeand action. |
