The Study Of Close And Consolidate Schools About The Rural Compulsory Education Problem Based On The Principle Of Human-oriented

To build a well-off society in an all-round way, the emphasis and difficulty inpromoting the modernization of education is in rural areas. In order to improve the levelof rural compulsory education, to achieve the optimal allocation of education resources,to promote the fair education, based on the principle of human-oriented, starting in the1980s, our country started to reform the layout of the school, it has made greatachievements, the fate of many rural children has changed. But in this process, there hasbeen a lot of problems that needs to face and change.In order to understand the situation of the reform about the layout of the school, Ichose my own county---Nanbai Town, Yuanping City, Shanxi Province to do theresearch. At that time, I communicated with local students, parents, teachers and thepersonnel of the local educational administrative, which helped me get the informationof the layout of the school a lot.At the same time, I took a lot of time to consider thedifficulties and the ways of solving the kind of problems.With the help of this research, combined with other data and information, Ianalyzed the necessity and importance of this work, and pointed out some problems,such as the difficulty of the management and logistics, the ability of students to adaptthemselves to the environment, the economic burden of parents, and so on. I putforward some Suggestions, including adhering to the right principle, strengtheningfunds safeguard, improving the management of teaching and teachers’ quality and soon.This article includes six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction; The secondchapter is concepts; The third chapter is about the research and analysis; The fourthchapter analyzed the necessity and importance of the layout of the school; The fifthchapter analyzed the problems and difficulties of the layout of the school; The sixthchapter put forward the proposal to solve these problems.
