| As it were, more than thirty years of trials and hardships of the reform andopening up have totally changed the appearance of socialist China and theChinese people. The reform gradually changes from the "steady moving" modecombining practicing with summarizing to “river crossing by boat" and "rivercrossing through bridge". The Chinese society has entered the crucial period andSham Shui Po District of reform, with numerous new normal emerging inpolitics, economy, culture, society and other fields. Since the contemporarycollege student grow up after the reform and opening up, their ideas, demands,and value orientation are also increasingly diversified, realistic and complicated.In face of the the new era background, new practice environment, theideological and political education should enhance its attractiveness, appeal andpersuasion, improve pertinence, initiative and effectiveness and combine withcontinuous reform and innovation, so as to keep up with the new era and graspthe development trend.Taking Kuhn’s paradigm theory as the breakthrough point, the paper startsfrom analyzing Kuhn’s paradigm theory. Firstly, it analyzes and discusses thefeasibility and necessity of applying Kuhn’s paradigm theory to ideological and political education, which to a certain extent overcomes the insufficiency likefirst impressions and partial understandings in previous introduction ofparadigm theory,thus laying a theoretical premise; secondly, based onsummarizing and reflecting the paradigms of the ideological and politicaleducation, the paper points out the historical merits and disadvantages of socialparadigm, analyzes the connotation of people oriented paradigm, asserts that thepeople-oriented paradigm is the inheritance and transcendence ofsocial-oriented paradigm in the process of paradigm shift of ideological andpolitical education; again, the paper carries out in-depth and systematic analysison the external causation and internal causation, theoretical basis and practicalbasis driving the ideological and political education paradigm to transform fromthe social-oriented paradigm to the people-oriented paradigm.The externalcausation is mainly analyzed from three aspects including rapid advance ofglobalization, further development of market economy and rapid spread of newmedia technology, and the internal causation mainly includes oversight of thehumanistic spirit in ideological and political education, lifestyle value pursuitand inherent requirement of the self-development of ideological and politicaleducation. The theoretical basis mainly includes the Marxism human theory andscientific concept of development. The practical basis mainly include beneficialexplorations in related humanities and valuable explorations in the educationand cultivation; finally, the paper put forward to suggestions and advises fromfour aspects including establishing correct ideological and political education idea, innovating ideological and political education content, optimizing theoperating methods of ideological and political education, and improving themanagement and evaluation mechanism of ideological and political education,so as to drive the ideological and political education paradigm to transform fromthe social-oriented paradigm to the people-oriented paradigm and promote theconstruction of people-oriented paradigm,and tries to explore a set ofparadigmatic, unified and complete method system in the hope of enhance thesystematicness and practical operability of the people-oriented paradigm ofideological and political education to a certain extent. |
