Human is both producer and consumer. Human resource is the most cherishedsafeguard resource in the development of economy and society. Russia owns a vastterritory with a sparse population and possesses a cornucopia of natural resource. Toachieve the proper development of its economy and society and settle the populationcrisis, Russia gradually imports foreign migrants and becomes one of the countries,which is one of the countries with the greatest foreign migrant population in theworld. The boost of migrants brings profits to Russia, while at the same time, it alsomakes the government and society feel the sense of crisis. China and Russia are thebiggest neighboring country to each other and have a tight economic and tradecooperation. China is abundant in labor resource and have a wide development spacefor labor service cooperation with Russia. The migration between China and Russiahas been in existence from ancient times, and China is the closest trade partner withRussia now. So the migration issue is an inevitable issue for both countries toconfront and settle with together. Studying on the influence of migration betweenChina and Russia on bilateral relationship, especially on the economic and tradecooperation, has a significant meaning on broadening China-Russia economic andtrade cooperation, deepening China-Russia strategic and cooperative partnership.This essay takes Far East as an example. It combs the phylogeny of migrationbetween China and Russia in this area and dissects causes of this migration from theview of history. This paper focuses on analyzing the effect of migration on thebilateral economic and trade cooperation. It also introduces and evaluates the misgiving of Russia regarding migrants from China and the paradox betweenpopulation and economic development in Far East. Finally, this paper discusses howto standardize and enhance migrant management, facilitate population migration andstrengthen labor cooperation under the circumstance of China-Russia collaboration.Compared with other existing studies on migration between China and Russia,one of the innovations of this paper is the novelty topic and systematic framework.Additionally, the Chinese data of Russia is obsolete in the existing research material.This paper adopts the data in Statistic Yearbook of Russia Federation as recently aspossible. And it can count for another innovation.Due to a variety of disciplines involved in the paper and limited personalattainment, flaws are unavoidable. So I earnestly hope that every professor cancriticize and correct me, so that I can keep consummating it in the future researchand study.
