With the content deepened continuously, the difficulty increased constantly and the-teaching speed accelerated high school students figure out the obvious difference from other students in the cognition of mathematics content and learning mathematics in the process of learning mathematics. So in the middle school education teachers should find these differences of students through the daily classroom teaching and teach them in accordance with their aptitude to make every student get the right education.The thesis studies the mathematical differences taking people-oriented as the starting point, respecting students’ individual differences and applying it well. In the implementation of the teaching process, teachers must consider the needs of every student because the different genders, the different hobbies and different basic levels lead to their difference with each other. So it is necessary to design teaching content from different angles. This kind of problem-oriented teaching method is beneficial to the progress of students and improving the students’ needs.The study on teaching diversity has a very wide range, which forms a complex organic system concerning different kinds of theories in the teaching process where the knowledge is utilized and connected with each other. The thesis only has a simple analysis on the teaching diversity in mathematics. The purpose is to make more students to learn mathematics well and fall in love with mathematics to make mathematics become a powerful tool at last.The arrangement of the thesis is following:Chapter I introduces the background and the causes of the thesis.Chapter II analyzes the situation of teaching diversity, introduces the development status and application in today’s world and analyses the problems existing in the traditional teaching.Chapter III analyzes the influence of gender in learning and presents that teacher sets up the correct gender consciousness to inspire themselves and gives students correct guidance.Chapter IV discusses the methods of teaching diversity in mathematics in the classroom teaching of high school.Chapter V is the Conclusion and the expectation.
