To Explore The Legal Education Of Middle School Students In China At Present

The legal education of middle school students means the franco-prussian education to the crowd which accept education in junior high school and senior high school (high school)(aged12to18), to cultivate their legal consciousness and concept of rule of law, including the school education, family education, social education and so on. In recent years,crime rates of Middle school students rising and gradually tend to be younger.At the same time, due to the lack of legal sense and legal protection consciousness, the minors violations have occurred once in a while. So,it’s necessary to strengthen the middle school students’ education of legal system.At present,the legal education of Chinese middle school students is still weak and lack of experience.We should use many effective methods to the legal education for the middle school students,especially for the left-behind children and children of migrant workers,so that the students have desire to learn law and to abide by the law.Schools,families and society should be responsible for the legal education of Chinese middle school.The three of them should use the simple methods to propagate the legal knowledge and legal concept which is related to the students’learning and life so as to improve the students’ ability of self-protection.Enhancing the legal education theory in the ideological and political textbooks in middle school, to improve the students’ understanding of legal capacity,and lay a solid foundation for students to become qualified citizens which obey the law and using law to protect their own legitimate rights and interests,fight against the crime and safeguard the dignity of law consciously.Education is a systematic project,we should not only strengthen the ideological and political education,the education of the students moral education,discipline,but also strengthen, legal education in order to improve the quality and level of education constantly which is an important strategy and a powerful guarantee to promote the comprehensive development of education and the implementation of quality education.It’s a realistic subject that we must attach importance to legal education of middle school students,so that the students learn the law from the start, grasp the legal knowledge, establish the legal concept.It is not only the basis for the prevention of middle school students’ crime,but also do good to promote the all-round development of students, to promote the students’ ideological and moral education, to promote the construction of socialist material civilization and spiritual civilization.
