In this paper, the use of literature, experiment, survey and other research methods.Laboratory equipment used MEDICORE Korea R&D, the world’s first quantitativeanalysis of human mental stress, physical stress of high-tech products--MAX PULSEstress analyzer. MAX PULSE-based organization according to The Task Forcerecommends that the standard theory, is the world’s first with a meet Asiansphysiological range reference norm. The subjects were studied physical exercisemental condition relieve pressure high school students. High School Affiliated toBeijing University subjects cluster random sampling drawn600high school students,junior high schools each of which300, the number of boys and girls in each half. First,the original experiment, personal psychological stress test, as the school students’psychological pressure on the basic situation. Sports thereafter for1hour workoutdifferent projects immediately intervene again to test the psychological pressure afterexercise to explore the impact of sports on the mental stress. The results show thatafter one hour of physical activity for all students psychological pressure weredecreased, and there is no physical exercise is associated with the project. Afterinterviews with the four main factors affecting summed school students’ psychologicalstress. Conclusions:1High School Affiliated to Beijing University students in thegeneral level of psychological stress; there is no significant difference between menand women, boys and girls psychological pressure slightly higher; junior high schoolpsychological pressure is higher than other grades.2. Physical activity can reduce thestudents’ psychological stress; the extent to ease the psychological pressure is notdirectly related to sports programs.3. My source of pressure for middle schoolstudents descending order as follows:①schoolwork pressure, test scores andrankings, fierce academic competition pressure;②child relationship strainedrelationships;③rivalries and get along with their peers human relations;④adolescent troubles.
