Scientific Orientation teaching theory is the teaching theory based on the development of Scientific Psychology (especially on the Learning Psychology) and the corresponding instructional design principles and techniques. Currently, the theoretical system has gradually developed a systematic instructional design principles and techniques, and successfully applied to various disciplines of teaching practice (such as philology, etc.), and got some good feedback.Focused on the current situation of high school physics Concept Teaching and the previous studies analysis and summary and based on orientation system and proficiency in science teaching theory and the corresponding instructional design principles and technology, this study applied the theory in high school physics Concept Teaching. This study is designed according to four basic steps (teaching objectives, task analysis, process and methods of teaching and learning outcomes measurement and evaluation). We also illustrate and experimental studies.There are three aspects of innovation in this study. First, the Core philosophy of teaching theory and science-oriented guidelines have significant differences from traditional Classroom Teaching Design; Second, through the examples analysis of "power" and "circular motion", we refinement demonstrate Scientific Orientation teaching theory and highlighted the "task analysis" of this section. Then through the explain the setting objectives and statements of teaching, task analysis of teaching, process and methods of teaching, we explore the different outcomes of two kinds of Teaching Theory when used in physics teaching concepts; Third, through the open class examples of teaching "kinetic", we show a variety of teaching and assessment and proving once again that the use of Scientific Orientation teaching theory in high school physics Concept Teaching can higher efficiency of classroom teaching and reach the true sense of the meaning learning.
