The Problems&Countermeasures Of Employment For Higher Vocational College Students

Nowadays,the economic of China is developing rapidly,and the traditonal mode ofproduction needs to change.Changing economic growth mode, adjusting and optimizingindustrial structure and building an innovative courtry are mentioned frequently in thegovernment work reports, which make new request for our country’s human resourcesstructure and quality. So the high qualitied skilled talents who can solve the technologyproblems in production are in large demand. The Higer Vocational Education plays a veryimportant role in traning, delivering high skilled talents who own knowledge, capacity aswell as humanstic quality, and who are capable for applying their talents to their practicalwork in the front line of production.With the expanding of popular higher edueation,the number of the students from higereducation increased greately, the employment situation of college graduates becomes moreand more serious. The problem on the employment difficulties of the college graduatesbecomes the “difficult point” problem and the “hot point” problem of the whole students,their families and the whole society. Higher Vocational Education is a very important part ofmodern education and deliver a large number of talents for national modernizationconstruction. And the sustainable development of higher vocational education depends on theemployment of higher vocational college students. In order to build a harmonious society,promote the sustainable development of higher vocational education, to promote highereducation modernization process, the author thinks that it is imperative to research on theemployment problem of college students in vocational college.This paper is based on a great amount of documents, and will conduct the research aboutthe related problem of the vocational college students. Following the logical mentality suchas proposing the problem,analyzing the problem, solving the problem, and with the methodsof questionnaire survey and interview survey makes an overall analysis on the reasons andproblem employment of higher vocational students through qualitative analysis、quantitativeanalysis and systematic analysis. As a result of, this paper will give the correspondingcountermeasures. The full text has four parts:Part I. The characteristics of HVE and the students. The first part of the article layemphasis on reserches of the meaning of Higher Vocational Education, the characteristics ofstudents from Higher Specialty Students,so that we can find and solve the problems withspecific purpose.Part II. This paper uses the method of questionnaire survey to do the investigation andanalysis on the general situation of the employment of higer specialty students. The resultsare below: the actual operation ability of higher vocational students receive the favour of thecompanies; college-enterprise cooperation model helps the students obtain employment, andprovides rich chances for employment; the student’s individualized opinion on employmenthas been changed; the enterprises where the college students work focus on non-state owned.Part III. Combined the results of the reserches, the article analyze the main problemsfrom4parts: society, enterprises, the higher vocational college and the students. Thesituation of the whole society is so bad that it bring much pressure to the higher vocationalcollege students. Meanwhile, the employment system should be improved, and therecognition about the higer vocational education remains to be increased. Secondly, highervocational colleges provide the employing units with excellent human resources. At the sametime, the development of an company is promoted by high qualitied talents. However, thesystem of employment of the enterpreses should be improved, and the requirements of thejob-givings are so hige, which hinder the higher vocational students’ employment. Thirdly,higer vocational colleges cultivate talents and help students’ employment by setting up acompleted system of delivering talents. The reserches suggest that there are some problems incollege such as the optimization of the specialities, the improvement of the teaching staff, allof which have the negative effects. Finally, the key to everthing’s development is inner causes,so we should pay attention to the problems of students themselves, such as the lower quality,the differences between students’attitudes toward job-searching and therecognition ofthemselves, which make their employment a hard problem.Part IV. Analyse the countermeasures to solve the employment of higer vocationalstudents. This part analyse the cause of formation of employment problems,and putforwardthe approches to solve the the employment problems of higer vocational students. The government should display the social management founction fully to strengthen theregulation of the employment policy, standarlize the employment market, improve theeconomic environment and increase the employment opportunity. The school must form theright objective to establish the bright school characteritic. At the same time, the school shouldset up the specilties according to the talents standard of the market demand, strengthen thedestruction of the tetchers,and deepen the college-enterprise cooperation. The collegestudents should positively do the self-perfection and renew the employment ideas.Also, theyshould formulate the professional design and have the goal and plan to develop themselves toimprove the employment ability diligently.
