With the gradual advance and in-depth development of China’s basic education reform, more and more people are concerned about the course management system. Curriculum reform and development not only conforms to the current international mainstream, and curriculum development rights also be allocated to the excessive concentration of power and the local schools, so local and school in the development of curriculum management system gained more freedom and space. Beijing, as China’s political, cultural and educational center, the investment in education and other areas has been leading since the implementation of the new curriculum reform, Haidian District, most of the junior high school has been committed to the development of school-based curriculum, the school with its own facts local conditions, in-depth curriculum reform, fully mobilize and use of their existing resources (human, material, financial, etc.), to develop a school-based curriculum in line with its own characteristicsHaidian District, part of the junior high school in the context of the new curriculum reform, combined with the actual situation of the region’s school or school-based curriculum development, content-based curriculum is unique and innovative, rich and varied.
