A Research On The Accounting Education Management Reform In Higher Vocational Colleges

Facing the rapid development of modern society, we are about to encounter a neweconomic era, including information technology, globalization, high-tech modern which haveinfluenced our surroundings. Such changes in the environment will inevitably affect thedevelopment of higher vocational education, and vocational accounting education invocational education as the priority is bound to suffer an unpredicted impact. With enrollmentin all the institutions, correspondingly various issues are exposed to the vocational accountinggraduates including inflexible application of knowledge experience, and unadaptation to thenew job and new environment.In this paper, we focus on the status of vocational education and management accounting,compared with the foreign vocational accounting education, by the way of literature study,reach analysis and comparative analysis, the arriving at the conclusion that there manyproblems in the management of accounting education out of date education theory．In terms ofthese questions, we assure the content of education management reformation and propose thecorresponding reforming programs such as establishing new accounting education philosophyaccurating the position of accounting education and training goals and quality of teachingevaluation and experience system, through the teaching method from the developed countriesBritain, Germany and the US．This paper aims to use the above-mentioned series of programsto improve the quality of management accounting education in vocational colleges, vocationalcolleges accounting profession to mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers, so as to enhance thesocial vocational accounting graduates competitiveness for the country to cultivate more thehigh-skilled talents.
